Sponsorship & Community Partnership Opportunities

Dance Over Fear is building a community of businesses, organizations, facilities, instructors, and individuals who want to help us create meaningful opportunities, experiences, and moments of encouragement for children, teens, young adults, and dance professionals navigating serious medical challenges.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Facility & Space Partners:

We are seeking studios, event spaces, community facilities, and other locations willing to donate or offer discounted use of their spaces for:

• Participant and ambassador meet-ups

• Photo sessions

• Small classes and workshops

• Community events and shows

• Ambassador photo shoots

• Professional photography and video sessions

• Student-led and self-choreographed performances

• Fundraising showcases

We are happy to work around off-days, low-use times, or slower times of the year for your facility. We are also open to discussing reduced-cost arrangements that allow us to bring these special experiences to life while respecting the needs of your business or organization.

Apparel, Merchandise & Product Sponsors

We welcome local, regional, and national businesses that would like to donate apparel, merchandise, accessories, gifts, or other items for our ambassador and professional participant packages.

During each season, we will sponsor:

15 Fearless Ambassadors, ages 3–21
5 Fierce & Fabulous dance and creative arts professionals

Donated items may be included in welcome packages or sent to participants during meaningful milestones in their medical and personal journeys, including:

• Beginning treatment

• Preparing for or recovering from major surgery

• Receiving a transplant

• Experiencing hair loss

• Regaining an important function through treatment or therapy

• Completing treatment

• Missing a dance season, performance, show, convention, or competition because of illness or treatment

• Other significant moments deserving recognition, encouragement, and celebration

Businesses are also welcome to provide a special discount code for our additional participants, families, studios, teams, and programs. This is greatly appreciated but completely optional.

Instructors & Creative Arts Professional PARTNERS

We are seeking instructors and professionals in dance, acro, cheer, gymnastics, theater, yoga, performing arts, and other creative disciplines who would be willing to donate or host special classes, workshops, or experiences.

Opportunities may be created for our Dance Over Fear participants and Fierce & Fearless Ambassadors, as well as special professional events for studio owners, competition and convention owners and staff, teachers, coaches, directors, and other industry professionals.

Performance & Showcase Venues Sponsors/Partners

We are seeking theaters, studios, stages, and performance facilities willing to donate or discount space for:

• Community fundraising showcases

• Student-led and self-choreographed performances

• Special seasonal events

• Professional photography and videography opportunities

• Our end-of-season events and celebrations

WHAT OUR FRIENDS OF THE FEARLESS RECEIVE:

We want our sponsors and community partners to feel recognized, appreciated, and genuinely connected to the Dance Over Fear community.

Depending on your sponsorship or partnership, benefits may include:

• Your business logo and website featured on applicable event flyers, banners, sponsor signage, table displays, and mailed materials.

• Your business information included in participant and ambassador packages.

• The opportunity to provide business cards, promotional materials, discount information, or flyers for our events and sponsor tables.

• Opportunities to set up your own promotional or vendor table at select larger events, meet-ups, shows, and conventions.

• A professional photo shoot featuring donated apparel, merchandise, or products modeled by one of our ambassadors, including individual product photographs.

• Facility and location partners who donate their space will receive a professional photo shoot of their establishment, including a high-resolution digital image package and copyright release for use on websites, advertising, listings, social media, and other promotional materials.

• Recognition throughout the season as a valued Friend of the Fearless.

When appropriate, we would also love to share the people behind our partnerships. Participating sponsors may provide a photo and personal or business story to be featured in ambassador welcome materials, on our website, and at our Friends of the Fearless sponsor tables.

All Friends of the Fearless will also receive a Dance Over Fear shirt or crewneck, keychain, gift bag, personal thank-you, and a few additional surprises throughout the season.

COMMITMENT & INVOLVEMENT

Our inaugural season will run from October 2026 through June 2027, concluding with a special show and gala. While we hope many of our Friends of the Fearless will remain part of this growing community for years to come, we understand that every business and organization has different resources and availability. One-time donations and single-season sponsorships are absolutely welcome and deeply appreciated.

For businesses donating items directly to our sponsored groups, we ask, whenever possible, for:

Fearless Ambassadors: 15 items
Fierce & Fabulous Professionals: 5 items

Our professional group may include studio owners, competition or convention owners, teachers, coaches, professional directors, and other professionals within the dance and creative arts community.

Initial ambassador and professional packages are scheduled to be distributed during the last week of November 2026.

Throughout the season, sponsors will receive information about upcoming events and opportunities to participate. You are welcome to send additional promotional materials for us to display or distribute at our sponsor table.

We also invite our sponsors to attend select events in person, meet our ambassadors and participants, connect with other members of our community, showcase or sell products when appropriate, and experience firsthand what Dance Over Fear is working to create.

We are currently planning three tentative shows/convention-style events during our season.

If you cannot attend an event but would still like your business represented with a display, products, or promotional materials, we are happy to work with you to arrange for your materials to be sent to us.

Whether you donate a space, teach a class, provide products, sponsor an experience, support one special milestone, or become involved throughout the entire season, your contribution helps us create opportunities for young people and professionals to continue feeling connected to the art and community they love—even when illness changes what their journey looks like.

Every partnership, large or small, helps us remind our participants that they are still dancers, artists, teachers, coaches, creators, and members of a community that sees them, supports them, and believes in them.
