SESSION FAQ & INFORMATION
DO you still shoot events? Would you shoot our non profit/organizations event free?
While my calendar can sometimes get crazy, if your event falls on an open day and time- I would LOVE to be able to photograph your special day. From birthday parties, reunions, best friend group sessions, “A Day in the Life” sessions, large extended family sessions/get togethers, community events, etc. I have done it all! Please note that while I do shoot both indoors and outdoors, I am a natural light photographer and rely on the lighting (preferrably natural lighting). However, I do have a flash for the rare indoor dark event spaces I may run across during a job. Events previously were charged at $75 an hour for an event with under 20 guests and $100 an hour for events with over 20 guests.
Before events I will always do a consultation to understand exactly what your event is about, what kind of photos you are hoping to have shot, and if any special posed or photo booth type photos need to be provided and planned for. For both size events there is a minimum of 2 hours shooting time.
The event host will get a high resolution digital package will (100+) high resolution photos in color and black and white from your event along with copyright and sharing privillages, a sharing gallery for friends and family, and an option to provide private digital packages to individuals who attended your event.
How long do your sessions run?
Typically sessions will run 45 minutes-2 hours depending on the session type, age of the subjects being photographed, location, and light. In the past each package reflected a general time which indicated how long I’d shoot and how many photos you’d end up getting. For speciality sessions (large groups, more than 1 location, shoots with multiple outfit changes etc.) I ask that you be mindful of the donation given to reflect the extra time given for these types of sessions. Generally for individuals, best friend sessions, equine sessions, and family sessions with older children sessions tend to go quicker vs those who may have very young kids, large groups, or more than one location.
Is Travel included in the session?
Travel used to be included with The Whole Buffet, Real Deal, and the Deliciously Tasty Senior & Dance Packages- All other sessions outside of my 5 mile 60004 radius would be quoted for travel. I will travel to your home, on location, or you can come to one of my favorite spots! Please let me know when reaching out if you have a set location in mind or would like some guidance. I ask that families with children 5 and younger try to stay with locations where bathrooms and changing areas/your car will be close by! With sessions now being by donation only, figuring in gas for further locations is very appreicated!

cAN YOU BRING YOUR INSPIRATIONAL SIGNS &/or accessories FOR US TO USE during our session with you?
Yes! Please let me know if you are interested in inspirational signs and props for your session. They are completely free of charge to use however you wouId like during your session. I also have blankets, small stools, and a few other fun accessories (flower crowns, hair gems, hair and body glitter, etc.) that can also be brought and used to help make your session really sparkle!
How many looks does the typical session incljude?
Unlimited! Please bring as many outfits, costumes, accsessories, props, etc. that you would like to wear and use during your session. These are your photos and I wnat every person to feel beautiful in each and every “look” they desire! Please be mindful that if you have a few outfit changes that you should pick a location that has bathrooms, easy access to your car for a quick change, or bring a changing tent (dance and cheer coaches and moms know these well!)
DO I HAVE TO BUY A PRINT PACKAGE ON TOP OF THE SESSION?
Never! All packages include high resolution photos from your session! Some photographers send or setup appointments to look at proofs and let you choose from a set of photos. I like to give my clients all of their best images! Once you see your photos, you will fall in love, and it makes it so hard to pick just a few. There will never be any add on costs for prints, the session fee includes everything!
For larger donation sessions ($300 and up) you will be gifted a special 20×30 collage print of all of your best session photos as an extra thank you!
If you are interested in adding on a collage or canvas of a certain photo once you get your digital package- please let me know if I can be of assistance.
Are my photos professionally edited?
All photos from your session will be lightly edited individually for you to cherish and keep. Unlike some photographers who make you choose a few out of your session for post edits- I will provide all of your photos with that special magic touch. Extra work beyond my normal editing (which can be viewed in my portfolio) would be charged extra beyond your package. All photos will be sent in high resolution and you will get a print release.
How do I book and reserve a date?
You can reserve your session through the "Book Me" button right on this page! Send me an email about your photo needs and I will get back to you right away to answer any questions you may have. If you have a hard time using the form please email me directly at: feliciareneephotography@gmail.com I do my very best to get back to prospective clients within a few hours of your communication, but sometimes it could take up to 24 hours. How do I pay for my session?
Your payment (which is now taken in the form of a donation) is due in full at the time of your session. You can pay several ways:
By check made out to Felicia Reinhard, a secure payment made via Venmo or Zelle, with cash, or with a direct donation to my “Go Fund Me”!
