Dance Over Fear is building a community of businesses, organizations, facilities, instructors, and individuals who want to help us create meaningful opportunities, experiences, and support for children, teens, young adults, and professionals within the dance, performing arts, and creative arts communities.

Our sponsors and community partners are proudly known as our “Friends of the Fearless.”

Sponsorship & Partnership Opportunities:

Facility & Space Partners

We are seeking studios, event venues, community spaces, and other facilities willing to donate or offer discounted rental rates for:

• Participant and ambassador meet-ups

• Photo sessions

• Small classes and workshops

• Community events

• Fundraising showcases

• Student-led and self-choreographed performances

• Professional photo and video sessions using stage or performance spaces

We are happy to work around your facility’s availability, including off-days, low-use times, or slower times of the year. We are also open to discussing reduced-cost arrangements that allow us to bring these special experiences to life while respecting the needs of your organization.

Apparel, Merchandise & Retail Partners

We are seeking local, regional, and national businesses that would like to support our ambassadors and professionals through donated apparel, merchandise, accessories, gifts, or other items.

Donated items may be included in ambassador welcome bags or sent during meaningful milestones throughout a participant’s journey, including:

• Beginning treatment

• Major surgeries or procedures

• Transplants

• Hair loss

• Regaining an important function through treatment or therapy

• Completing treatment

• Missing a dance season, performance, show, competition, or other important experience due to illness or treatment

• Other significant moments deserving encouragement and recognition

Each season, we will sponsor 15 participants, ages 3–21, and 5 dance and performing arts professionals.

Businesses may also choose to provide a special discount code for our additional participants, families, studios, teams, and programs. This is greatly appreciated but completely optional.

Instructors & Creative Arts Professionals

We are seeking instructors and professionals in dance, acro, cheer, gymnastics, theater, yoga, and other creative or performing arts who are willing to donate or host special classes, workshops, and experiences.

Opportunities may include programming for:

• Dance Over Fear participants

• Fierce & Fearless Ambassadors

• Studio owners and staff

• Competition and convention owners and staff

• Teachers and coaches

• Directors and other industry professionals

Our goal is to create opportunities for connection, encouragement, education, movement, and community in an environment where participants feel supported and understood.

Show, Performance & Event Spaces

We are also seeking theaters, studios, stages, and event facilities willing to donate or discount space for:

• Community fundraising showcases

• Student-led and self-choreographed shows

• Seasonal events

• Professional stage photography

• Professional video sessions

• Ambassador and participant experiences

We welcome creative partnerships and are happy to work with available dates and times that are most convenient for your facility.

What Our Friends of the Fearless Receive:

We want the businesses, professionals, and organizations supporting our mission to feel recognized and appreciated throughout the season.

Depending on the type of partnership, sponsors may receive:

• Your business logo and website featured on applicable event flyers, banners, sponsor signage, table displays, and mailed materials.

• Your business information included in ambassador bags and sponsor materials.

• The opportunity to provide business cards, brochures, promotional materials, discount codes, or other information for distribution at our events.

• Opportunities to set up your own business or sponsor table at larger events, shows, and meet-ups.

• Recognition on our website and through appropriate sponsor features and event materials.

• A professional photo session featuring donated apparel, merchandise, or products modeled by one of our ambassadors, including individual product photographs.

• For facilities donating or significantly discounting their space, a professional photography session of your establishment with a high-resolution digital image package and copyright permissions for use on your website, advertising, listings, and promotional materials.

When applicable, we would also love to share the people behind our partnerships. A photograph and personal or business story may be included in ambassador welcome materials, on our website, and at our Friends of the Fearless Sponsor Table during events.

All Friends of the Fearless will also receive a Dance Over Fear shirt or crewneck, keychain, gift bag, personal thank-you, and a few additional surprises throughout the season.

Commitment & Involvement

While we hope our Friends of the Fearless will remain part of this growing community for years to come, long-term sponsorship is not required. We understand that some businesses and individuals may only be able to contribute once or participate for a single season. Every donation, partnership, donated hour, product, service, and space makes a difference, and we are grateful for every level of involvement.

2026–2027 Season

The season will run from October 2026 through June 2027, concluding with a special show and gala.

For businesses donating items specifically for our sponsored groups, we ask, whenever possible, for:

• 15 items for our Fearless Ambassadors, ages 3–21

• 5 items for our Fierce & Fabulous Professionals, including studio owners, competition owners, teachers, coaches, directors, and other professionals

Ambassador and professional bags are scheduled to be distributed during the last week of November 2026.

All sponsors will receive information about upcoming events throughout the season. Sponsors are welcome to provide additional cards, flyers, promotional materials, or other information for distribution at our Friends of the Fearless Sponsor Table!
